Mr. Kutler is a Licensed, Enrolled Agent and is the founder of Kutler Tax Resolution. Mr. Kutler has been helping taxpayers out with IRS and State tax liabilities for the past 17 years, handling and managing over 10,000 cases. Mr. Kutler takes a great deal of pride in representing taxpayers to the fullest and providing a level of customer service that taxpayers need and deserve. Before entering the field of tax resolution services, Mr. Kutler ran his own small business which has proven to be very beneficial in having an understanding of what small businesses are dealing with on a day to day basis, such as staying current and compliant with its taxing responsibilities while maintaining a successful business. Mr. Kutler spends his free time raising four kids, playing semi-professional baseball, and enjoying the outdoors of Colorado. Mr. Kutler is a member of National Association of Enrolled Agents and the National Association of Tax Professionals.
Ms. Campbell is a licensed Enrolled Agent, holding an International Business degree from Drake University, an MBA from Texas A&M, and a law degree from the University of Denver. Ms. Campbell has been representing taxpayers in front of the IRS and State taxing authorities for the past 12 years, successfully negotiating thousands of resolutions for taxpayers, while providing a level of customer service second to none. Prior to Law School, Carrie worked in the yachting industry in Florida as a VP of Sales & Marketing. She maintained an integral part of the process to launch a new product in a highly competitive industry. Ms. Campbell spends her free time traveling, playing volleyball, and horseback riding.
Ron is an Enrolled Agent (EA) licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service with over 18 years of taxpayer representation experience. As an Enrolled Agent, Ron has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service by passing a series of comprehensive IRS test covering individual and business taxes. Enrolled Agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. He attended the University of Miami and is a Colorado native. Ron is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA), National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP) and the Colorado Society of Enrolled Agents (COSEA).
Ron is in his free time enjoys spending time with his son and enjoys camping, hiking, biking, traveling and watching sports.
Mrs. Mekuto is our State tax resolution specialist here at Kutler Tax Resolution and has been resolving state tax liabilities for the past 17 years. She has negotiated with all 50 state taxing authorities and the multiple departments within each state. Negotiating with the state can be difficult as each state has a different set of rules for each step of resolution; however with the 15+years of experience she has, there is nothing that she can’t handle and has achieved some of the most formidable resolutions to date here at Kutler Tax . She has had a great deal of success in negotiating levy releases, audits and audit reconsiderations, Installment Agreements and obtaining the removal of penalties. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her kids, grandkids and traveling.
Mr. Foster graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s of Economics in 2007. Since that time, he has become an Enrolled Agent giving him the authority and knowledge base to negotiate with the Internal Revenue Service and State Taxing Authorities. Mr. Foster has obtained resolutions such as Installment Agreements, Offers in Compromise, Business Restructuring, Abatement of Penalties, and many other resolutions on cases with the IRS and nearly all 50 states in his over 10 years of experience in the Tax Resolution Industry.
Mr. Harris is a licensed Enrolled Agent, holding a Psychology degree from University of California, Berkeley, where he also played on the Division 1 Baseball Team in the Pacific 10 Conference, and was drafted by the Boston Red Sox as a Pitcher. Mr. Harris has been representing taxpayers in front of the IRS and State taxing authorities for the past 17 years, successfully negotiating thousands of resolutions for taxpayers, while providing a level of customer service second to none. Mr. Harris spends his free time exercising (and used to compete in Physique Competitions), traveling, and enjoying time at home with his Wife and two dogs.
Chris is a Licensed Enrolled Agent with with over 10 years of experience in both Tax Resolution and Public Accounting. He has resolved personal, small business and corporate cases, and he is experienced, as a previous business owner, to assist with questions and resolve client liabilities before the Internal Revenue Service and all 50 States and Territories. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Regis University and a Masters in Business from the University of Denver.
In his free time, Chris likes to explore everything Colorado has to offer whether it is camping or hiking with his dog, sporting events, snow sports, or enjoying the splendor that is Colorado.
Crystal is a licensed Enrolled Agent, with over 13 years of experience in the Tax Resolution Industry. She holds an Associate’s degree in Business Management from AIU. Her compassion and empathy for her clients allows her to successfully negotiate thousands of resolutions for taxpayers, saving them millions of dollars. She is experienced with Installment Agreements, Abatements, lien work, Offer in Compromises (including special circumstance offer), Audit reconsiderations, as well as other resolutions.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking/baking, spending time with her family, taking care of her critters, and watching football.
Olivia is an Enrolled Agent, with over 18 years of experience in the Tax Resolution Industry. Her extensive knowledge and expertise in tax resolution have been sharpened through years of teaching Continuing Education and training fellow tax resolution professionals before joining Kutler Tax Resolution.
She specializes in navigating complex tax issues, including but not limited to, tax liens, levies, offers in compromise, audits, and installment agreements. With in-depth knowledge of tax regulations, she is adept at developing tailored strategies for clients facing challenging tax situations.
Her approach combines deep technical knowledge with a compassionate understanding of her clients’ needs, ensuring they feel supported throughout the resolution process. In addition to her extensive experience in negotiations with the IRS and state tax authorities, she actively stays updated on changing tax laws and trends to provide the best possible guidance to clients and peers alike.
Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys practicing yoga to maintain balance and mindfulness, engaging in the thrill of white-water rafting for adventure, and exploring new cultures through travel. Her diverse interests contribute to a well-rounded perspective, enhancing her ability to connect with clients from all walks of life.
