Ms. Ruff is an Enrolled Agent who has worked with numerous individual and business taxpayers to resolve federal and state liabilities for the past 9 years. She provides the highest level of customer service while relentlessly advocating for the best outcome possible for each client. Ms. Ruff has obtained relief for her clients by successfully negotiating resolutions including Installment Agreements, Offers in Compromise, audit defense, Penalty Abatement, levy releases, and many other resolutions with the IRS and state taxing authorities. Ms. Ruff attained a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University Chico and enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and knitting.
