Mr. Kutler is a Licensed, Enrolled Agent and is the founder of Kutler Tax Resolution. Mr. Kutler has been helping taxpayers out with IRS and State tax liabilities for the past 13 years, handling and managing over 10,000 cases. Mr. Kutler takes a great deal of pride in representing taxpayers to the fullest and providing a level of customer service that taxpayers need and deserve. Before entering the field of tax resolution services, Mr. Kutler ran his own small business which has proven to be very beneficial in having an understanding of what small businesses are dealing with on a day to day basis, such as staying current and compliant with its taxing responsibilities while maintaining a successful business. Mr. Kutler spends his free time raising four kids, playing semi-professional baseball, and enjoying the outdoors of Colorado. Mr. Kutler is a member of National Association of Enrolled Agents and the National Association of Tax Professionals.
Mrs. McCullen is a licensed attorney, holding an International Business degree from Drake University, an MBA from Texas A&M, and a law degree from the University of Denver. Mrs. McCullen has been representing taxpayers in front of the IRS and State taxing authorities for the past 8 years, successfully negotiating thousands of resolutions for taxpayers, while providing a level of customer service second to none. Prior to Law School, Carrie worked in the yachting industry in Florida as a VP of Sales & Marketing. She maintained an integral part of the process to launch a new product in a highly competitive industry. Mrs. McCullen spends her free time traveling, playing volleyball, and horseback riding.
Mr. Riggs II is a licensed attorney, holding a degree in Political Science and Legal Studies from the University of Baylor. Mr. Riggs has been representing taxpayers in front of the IRS and State taxing authorities for the past 14 years. With a Masters in Political Science and Legal Studies he is very knowledgeable in all tax resolution strategies and is committed to getting the best resolution possible for his clients. He believes the key to effective resolution of tax liabilities is open communication with his clients. He also educates his client’s on the tax collection process as this gives power back to the client and alleviates fear during this stressful time. Through his years of tax resolution experience, he has helped thousands of individuals and businesses reach their desired results. Mr. Riggs spends his free time hunting, camping, and reading.
Mr. Brown is a licensed Enrolled Agent and has been representing taxpayers if front of the IRS and State taxing authorities for the past 13 years. attended the University of Wisconsin, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. This unique background has provided him with a diverse set of technical and problem-solving skills which have become the backbone of his tax resolution and negotiation skillset. With 13 years of tax resolution experience in identifying and solving Internal Revenue Service and State tax problems, Mr. Brown has successfully represented thousands of taxpayers. He is known for his attention to detail, his strength in penalty abatement negotiations, as well as his ability to recognize specific advantages for payment plans and settlements with various taxing authorities.
In his free time, Warren is an avid cyclist and woodworker. He is a pinball and classic arcade game enthusiast, and enjoys backpacking, softball, and the books of Ernest Hemingway.
John Schumacher has been an attorney in the state of Colorado since 2006, and is also an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service. He has been working in the tax resolution industry for the past 8 years, consistently representing clients, resolving tax liabilities and protecting businesses and individuals during that time. John’s mission as your tax resolution specialist is to ensure that every client gets the service they deserve, and the legal protections they need, all while maintaining their peace of mind.
John is also a dedicated family man. He has been married since 2001 and has three wonderful children. He enjoys any activity that gets him outside with his family, including skiing, hiking, biking, and camping.
John is also a Volunteer Lieutenant with the Fairmount Fire Protection District, proudly serving the district in which he resides since 2008.
