Mr. Kutler is a Licensed, Enrolled Agent and is the founder of Kutler Tax Resolution. Mr. Kutler has been helping taxpayers out with IRS and State tax liabilities for the past 17 years, handling and managing over 10,000 cases. Mr. Kutler takes a great deal of pride in representing taxpayers to the fullest and providing a level of customer service that taxpayers need and deserve. Before entering the field of tax resolution services, Mr. Kutler ran his own small business which has proven to be very beneficial in having an understanding of what small businesses are dealing with on a day to day basis, such as staying current and compliant with its taxing responsibilities while maintaining a successful business. Mr. Kutler spends his free time raising four kids, playing semi-professional baseball, and enjoying the outdoors of Colorado. Mr. Kutler is a member of National Association of Enrolled Agents and the National Association of Tax Professionals.
Ms. Campbell is a licensed Enrolled Agent, holding an International Business degree from Drake University, an MBA from Texas A&M, and a law degree from the University of Denver. Ms. Campbell has been representing taxpayers in front of the IRS and State taxing authorities for the past 12 years, successfully negotiating thousands of resolutions for taxpayers, while providing a level of customer service second to none. Prior to Law School, Carrie worked in the yachting industry in Florida as a VP of Sales & Marketing. She maintained an integral part of the process to launch a new product in a highly competitive industry. Ms. Campbell spends her free time traveling, playing volleyball, and horseback riding.
Lisa Geyer has been serving clients toward resolution of tax matters since 2010. Lisa Geyer holds both a Juris Doctorate (award winner Clarence Bartholic Ethics and AmJur Ethics) and IRS Enrolled Agent licensure. Her background also includes an extensive financial services background as a stock broker and registered investment adviser. She is a passionate advocate for clients experiencing the stress of tax liability. Lisa Geyer combines her significant technical expertise with her drive to get clients the best resolutions with taxing authorities. She has successfully represented a full scope of clients from individuals to publicly traded companies and newsworthy cases. Lisa Geyer has lectured on the following topics: How to Win Negotiations, Securities Case Law, and various financial topics and financial training delivery over the years.
In her free time, Lisa Geyer is an accomplished recreational artist, enjoys the mountains and has performed volunteer work related to prevention of financial fraud.
Ron is an Enrolled Agent (EA) licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service with over 18 years of taxpayer representation experience. As an Enrolled Agent, Ron has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service by passing a series of comprehensive IRS test covering individual and business taxes. Enrolled Agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. He attended the University of Miami and is a Colorado native. Ron is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA), National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP) and the Colorado Society of Enrolled Agents (COSEA).
Ron is in his free time enjoys spending time with his son and enjoys camping, hiking, biking, traveling and watching sports.
Mrs. Mekuto is our State tax resolution specialist here at Kutler Tax Resolution and has been resolving state tax liabilities for the past 17 years. She has negotiated with all 50 state taxing authorities and the multiple departments within each state. Negotiating with the state can be difficult as each state has a different set of rules for each step of resolution; however with the 15+years of experience she has, there is nothing that she can’t handle and has achieved some of the most formidable resolutions to date here at Kutler Tax . She has had a great deal of success in negotiating levy releases, audits and audit reconsiderations, Installment Agreements and obtaining the removal of penalties. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her kids, grandkids and traveling.
Michael is a Tax Attorney and an Enrolled Agent (EA). He is licensed by both the Internal Revenue Service and the State of Colorado to represent Taxpayers. Michael has been representing clients before the IRS and multiple State taxing authorities for the last 9 years and is a member of the National Society for Enrolled Agents (NAEA) where he has attained the level of National Tax Practice Institute (NTPI) Fellow, the Colorado Society for Enrolled Agents (COSEA), the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers (ASTPS), the Colorado Bar Association, and the Arapahoe County Bar Association.
Michael originally grew up in South Dakota, went to Law School in Arizona, and found his way to Colorado while earning his Masters of Laws degree in Taxation from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys hiking in the Colorado mountains, watching and/or playing baseball, and traveling.
Mr. Foster graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s of Economics in 2007. Since that time, he has become an Enrolled Agent giving him the authority and knowledge base to negotiate with the Internal Revenue Service and State Taxing Authorities. Mr. Foster has obtained resolutions such as Installment Agreements, Offers in Compromise, Business Restructuring, Abatement of Penalties, and many other resolutions on cases with the IRS and nearly all 50 states in his over 10 years of experience in the Tax Resolution Industry.
Ms. Dunlop is a licensed Enrolled Agent, with 5 years of experience resolving both state and federal tax liabilities for our clients. Josee is currently working on a degree in accounting from Colorado State University. She is passionate about providing the best customer service and solutions for her clients no matter the issue at hand. Ms. Dunlop has a widespread interest in accounting, economics, and tax law.
