Elizabeth Madej, EA

Mrs. Madej is a licensed Enrolled Agent, holding a degree in Marketing and a minor in Accounting from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.  She brings a wealth of tax experience from the corporate world where she filed tax returns for multiple states and jurisdictions.  She transitioned into tax resolution in 2017 and has been delighting clients with her positive attitude, compassion for the taxpayer, and the ability to solve even the toughest tax issues.  Mrs. Madej prides herself on listening carefully to the client to ensure their goals are met, and to help educate them to move forward with their lives – free from tax stress. Mrs. Madej spends her free time playing foosball with her husband and enjoying the Rocky Mountains.

Angela Mekuto

Mrs. Mekuto is our State tax resolution specialist here at Kutler Tax Resolution and has been resolving state tax liabilities for the past 13 years. She has negotiated with all 50 state taxing authorities and the multiple departments within each state. Negotiating with the state can be difficult as each state has a different set of rules for each step of resolution; however with the 13+years of experience she has, there is nothing that she can’t handle and has achieved some of the most formidable resolutions to date here at Kutler Tax . She has had a great deal of success in negotiating levy releases, audits and audit reconsiderations, Installment Agreements and obtaining the removal of penalties. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her kids, grandkids and traveling.

Trent W. Kutler, EA

Mr. Kutler is a Licensed, Enrolled Agent and is the founder of Kutler Tax Resolution.  Mr. Kutler has been helping taxpayers out with IRS and State tax liabilities for the past 13 years, handling and managing over 10,000 cases. Mr. Kutler takes a great deal of pride in representing taxpayers to the fullest and providing a level of customer service that taxpayers need and deserve. Before entering the field of tax resolution services, Mr. Kutler ran his own small business which has proven to be very beneficial in having an understanding of what small businesses are dealing with on a day to day basis, such as staying current and compliant with its taxing responsibilities while maintaining a successful business.  Mr. Kutler spends his free time raising four kids, playing semi-professional baseball, and enjoying the outdoors of Colorado.  Mr. Kutler is a member of National Association of Enrolled Agents and the National Association of Tax Professionals.

Carrie Campbell, Enrolled Agent

Ms. Campbell is a licensed Enrolled Agent, holding an International Business degree from Drake University, an MBA from Texas A&M, and a law degree from the University of Denver.  Ms. Campbell has been representing taxpayers in front of the IRS and State taxing authorities for the past 8 years, successfully negotiating thousands of resolutions for taxpayers, while providing a level of customer service second to none. Prior to Law School, Carrie worked in the yachting industry in Florida as a VP of Sales & Marketing.  She maintained an integral part of the process to launch a new product in a highly competitive industry.  Ms. Campbell spends her free time traveling, playing volleyball, and horseback riding.

Brendan Brett, EA

Brendan Brett is a licensed Enrolled Agent, holding a degree in Sociology from Temple University.  He later went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from The Widener University School of Law, where he was Vice President of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society.  Mr. Brett has been representing taxpayers in front of the Internal Revenue Service and State taxing authorities for many years.  He has successfully negotiated numerous resolutions for tax payers.   Mr. Brett knows that negotiating with the taxing authorities can be a daunting task and he finds it rewarding to be able to help taxpayers navigate these rough waters.  Mr. Brett believes that it is his duty not only to get his client’s protected and in the best resolution possible, but also to make sure that his clients are educated so that they never will have to be put in that daunting position again.  In his free time Brendan loves traveling, hiking and relaxing on the beach with his wife and Dog.

 

Lisa Geyer, EA

Lisa Geyer has been serving clients toward resolution of tax matters since 2010. Lisa Geyer holds both a Juris Doctorate (award winner Clarence Bartholic Ethics and AmJur Ethics) and IRS Enrolled Agent licensure. Her background also includes an extensive financial services background as a stock broker and registered investment adviser. She is a passionate advocate for clients experiencing the stress of tax liability. Lisa Geyer combines her significant technical expertise with her drive to get clients the best resolutions with taxing authorities. She has successfully represented a full scope of clients from individuals to publicly traded companies and newsworthy cases. Lisa Geyer has lectured on the following topics: How to Win Negotiations, Securities Case Law, and various financial topics and financial training delivery over the years.

In her free time, Lisa Geyer is an accomplished recreational artist, enjoys the mountains and has performed volunteer work related to prevention of financial fraud.

Ron Young, EA

Ron is an Enrolled Agent (EA) licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service with over 14 years of taxpayer representation experience. As an Enrolled Agent, Ron has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service by passing a series of comprehensive IRS test covering individual and business taxes. Enrolled Agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. He attended the University of Miami and is a Colorado native. Ron is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA), National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP) and the Colorado Society of Enrolled Agents (COSEA).

Ron is in his free time enjoys spending time with his son and enjoys camping, hiking, biking, traveling and watching sports.
